How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Market On Me (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The vacuum cleaner is not bad, beautifully draws the card, but with adjustment of the cards of the problem-the application is raw. 1 test done and I am satisfied. 1er use allows you to scan the home and create the card. The software is easy to use but the translation is sometimes not at the top. The first connection to the wifi is a little complicated but after it's perfect. Ideally done a manual cleaning before. I recommend because of the price compared to other major brands. Delivery in less than a week in France.

This machine is simply great! We already had two older models when decided to buy this one and we have no regrets! LIDAR makes a whole lot of a difference in having to use the machine on a daily basis. First of all it's really quiet, especially when driving around and scanning the rooms before the first time usage. Ability to change the suction and rotating speed of the two side brushes is really helpful. You can set up schedules, but frankly we do not use them at all. We simply open the app whenever we have a need to clean a specific room. So the robot is working around 150 minutes every day (sometimes more). It is 9,5 cm in height and should be able to access areas under the furniture, but for some reason it sometimes chooses not to enter under the sofa on one of it's ends, but willingly do so on the other end. Both L100 and W445 has changed our everyday life - the house was never this clean (constantly) ever before!

A ver, tengo sentimientos encontrados con el aparato. De hecho tuve que ponerle a los valores de fábrica para que funcionara medianamente bien. El librillo de instrucciones viene en tres idiomas, uno de ellos el inglés, los otros eran (creo) el ruso y otro más. Tuve que resetear el robot porque no me mapeaba bien mi casa (y eso que es pequeñita) y cuando quería volver a mapear mi casa, se limitaba a una habitación. Parece que en este último ha acertado. Succionaba bastante bien pero el rastro que lleva no es ni en zig zag ni en círculos, no sé pero va a su bola. Así que lo dejo estar. El envío ha sido rapidísimo porque al día siguiente de pedirlo me llegó el pedido. Si lo recomiendo? Pufff creo que sí. No sé cómo serán otros porque es el primero que tengo.

У меня это третья модель роботов ilife. Этот мне нравится больше всех-плюсы относительно А9S: более продвинутое приложение - можно регулировать мощность всасывания (для комнат при ежедневной уборке достаточно 30%). За счёт лазерного сканера очень четко строит карту помещений, но длинная штора оказалась ловушкой (только при построении карты, при проходе по сохранённой карте штора не пугает.) Проход помещения при построении карты значительно дольше, чем по сохранённой, при чем передвинуться вещь не требует новой карты, он корректирует старую очень быстро. Минусов пока не нашла, даже придраться не к чему. Доставка с укр склада (Одесса-киев) меньше двух суток, а вот отправка была около 5 дней (наверно, как повезет). Налог на ввоз товара отсутствует, доставка оформляется с треком как посылка внутри Украины!!!
