Two methods to use hot water bottles:
Method 1: Put hot water directly
1. Inject about 80 Celsius hot water injection volume 3/4 is appropriate

Method 2: put it in the microwave oven
1. Remove first the knitted sleeve. When pouring water, be sure to fill the bag with cold water to break the blast.
2. Put it in the microwave oven. The heating power is not more than 1500w. The heating time is not more than 3min.
3. Put on the woven cover and use it
Note!

Precautions
