How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Market On Me (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Free Worldwide Shipping 
Expected better. Noise, rattles, inside something rolls, the second mode of heating does not work. Money to the wind. Only and pluses, which looks pretty. Not recommend.

Awesome design and it works just fine but it's too small
The parcel arrived quite quickly, less than a month on the way. After order, the store sent the parcel the next day. I asked the seller to indicate the understated value on the parcel that would not pay the tax. The seller quickly released and said that he would do everything. He listened and did as I asked, as a result, the tax did not pay. Next Plus is packing. Everything was packed in an air bubble, because of which the box and its contents arrived completely whole. In addition, inside the original box there were foam pads that would not damage the gun and hang out from side to side. Also in the box there was an instruction in foreign languages (without Russian), a business card, legs and 2 spare rubber nozzles for the legs themselves. The gun fully works, heats up very quickly, there are 3 modes: cold, medium and maximum blowing. Cold mode, do not say that it is directly cold, but in the heat it will be a little easier and more pleasant. I took myself to work in my personal office, I will have enough for heating it. Advise!

11월 11일 세일해서 샀는데 지금보니 세일가는 그렇게 크지는 않았네요 ㅠㅠ 대신 그때가 중국블프라 오래 걸릴줄 알았는데 딱 일주일만에 받았어요. 생각보다 아담한 사이즈라 다리꼽아서 다이소 쓰레기통 3분의 2 겨우 옵니다. 소음 정도는 일반 온풍기랑 큰차이 없구요. 버튼 누르면 금방 따뜻해져요! 국내에 온풍기보다 오히려 쪼꼼 비싼편인거 같긴한데 디자인이 유니크해서 좋아용. 대신 알리발 전자제품은 사용기간이 1년을 못넘던데 좀 더 사용해봐야 알겠죠?ㅋㅋ

The heater has three modes: only air, 700watts heat, and 1000watts heat. That only air mode makes it useful not only in the winter but also in the summer when all you need is just a fan. So, thats good. this one also stops working and turns off if it gets toppled. That is great if you have a small child or pets in your home. If they accidentally topple this heater off balance, it shuts down. That avoids accidents. Thats great.
